SHIPPING
Please make sure that you provide correct and complete address for any orders. Please include apartment numbers, suite numbers, complete street address (example: 123 Main Street - not just 123 Main), cities and Zip Codes. If you provide an incorrect address, there is a $23.00 charge for address corrections and this amount will be billed to you.
Please note that shipping any items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and the Virgin Islands are shipped by USPS and there is an additional $30.00 added for shipping. Any orders shipped to Foreign Countries are quoted per shipments based on custom regulations, freight rates and insurance. Please call, 1-800-845-2448 to place your orders if you are shipping to any of these areas. We cannot accept orders through the website for items shipped to the above mentioned areas. Thank you!
OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION
During the summer months, we are not able to ship any of of the chocolate products. If you live near our retail store in Cameron, South Carolina, you can purchase the chocolate products in our store.
If you are planning to visit our ship in Cameron, South Carolina and need a case, or cases, or a large quantity of any item, please call ahead several days in advance before you come. We will have your order packed and ready for you to pick up. We don’t keep boxes of our delicious pecans on a shelf in a warehouse. We pack our pecans as they are ordered so that you can be assured that your are getting the freshest pecans! You can call 803-823-2311 or 1-800-845-2448 to preorder your large pick up order.
